With over 25 years of property and asset management experience across New Zealand’s vibrant property market, Lo founded AssetPro with a clear ambition: achieving positive outcomes for all people involved in property. Whether a landlord or tenant, Lo offers clients leading knowledge and experience, delivered with a personal, down-to-earth approach that makes all the difference.

With over 25 years of experience, managing properties with a combined portfolio value totalling in excess of $2bil, Lo Cheng has established a name for himself as one of New Zealand’s most esteemed property and asset management experts. Having managed portfolios for a diverse range of property businesses, including Augusta Funds Management, Equinox Capital, Helius Therapeutics and more, Lo has accrued vast industry expertise that elevates his service and meticulous attention to detail. Lo’s personal approach to property management has shaped the AssetPro offering, with a focus on personalisation and a premium offering no matter the project scale or property value.
